"Congressman Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-09) has extended an invitation to high school students in Arizona’s Ninth Congressional District to participate in the 2024 Congressional Art Competition. The competition, organized by the Congressional Institute, aims to recognize and encourage artistic talent among high school students nationwide and in each congressional district.

The competition, which has been running since 1982, has seen over 650,000 high school students participate over the years. The first-place winning artwork will have the honor of being displayed in the United States Capitol for one year. Congressman Gosar highlighted the significance of the competition, stating, 'The Congressional Art Competition is a great opportunity to encourage and showcase the incredibly talented high school artists from Arizona.'

High school students with a passion for art are encouraged to seize this opportunity and showcase their skills on a national platform. The competition serves as a prestigious avenue for young artists to gain recognition and exposure for their work.

Interested students from Arizona’s Ninth Congressional District can find further details on how to participate in the 2024 Congressional Art Competition through Congressman Gosar's office."
